- 1 blender
- Measuring Cups
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup green tea
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all solid ingredients to blender.
- Add green tea.
- Blend until smooth.
*** I made the smoothie without the green tea to enjoy a cup later in the day. ***
