INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup green tea

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all solid ingredients to blender.
  • Add green tea.
  • Blend until smooth.

*** I made the smoothie without the green tea to enjoy a cup later in the day. ***
